麻辣手撕鸡
主料：熟鸡
调料：辣椒、花椒、芝麻、盐、白糖、鸡精、食用油

制作方法：
1， 将鸡肉撕成细丝；
2， 坐锅点火倒油，待油热后倒入花椒、辣椒、鸡丝翻炒，加入白糖、盐、芝麻、鸡精即可。
特点：麻辣适口。
